DMG Web LTD (“dmgweb”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is registered in Bulgaria (VAT BG200650929), founded in 2012, with registered address at ul. Krastio Sarafov 27, fl. 1, ap. 3, Sofia 1164, Bulgaria.

DMG Web LTD provides the following professional IT services to enterprises:

For client projects: intellectual property ownership is defined in the individual engagement contract. Our default position is that clients own all custom work delivered to them upon final payment. Our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain our property.

5. Limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or free from errors.

DMG Web LTD's liability for any claim arising solely from the use of this website (not from a signed engagement contract) is limited to €100. This limitation does not apply to liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

For project engagements, liability is governed by the individual contract terms agreed in writing.
